(Image by John Gress/The Washington Post) Rib restaurants in Chicago and beyond have become popular locations for cribs, which can accommodate up to 12 people.
In addition to serving up food, cribs also offer a place for parents to rest up from the day’s activities.
“People love to play in them,” said one owner, who spoke on condition of anonymity to protect his business.
The cribs are located in parks, parks and other public spaces, which make it easier for parents and children to stay together and socialize.
The food is typically served at the top of the crib.
Rib restaurants have sprung up across the country in recent years, including one in Chicago that opened in June and another in Brooklyn that opened last month.
The new owners are planning to expand the business to a larger location in the city.

The crib business is an expanding industry, said Chris Grosman, a manager of the New York City crib business, which has about 30 locations in the boroughs of Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island.
In New York, the industry is growing at a faster rate than in most other major U.S. cities.
In 2018, crib business owners earned an average of $12,000 in revenue from sales, according to the New Jersey-based National Association of Crib Businesses.
The National Crib Bureau, a trade group that represents cribs and restaurant owners, says the average cost of a crib for a family of four was $3,700, compared with $2,500 for a typical family of five.

New York-based crib business owner Andrew Torelli, 32, said his family has visited cribs across the U.N. headquarters in New Orleans, the U, and even the White House.
“If you have kids in a crib, you have to bring your own crib,” he said.
Toreli’s wife and two children have been to cribs at the U for the past year, he said, but he plans to start the business in his hometown of Chicago.
“It’s great for the children to have a place to sleep,” Torello said.
“I think there’s a lot of people who just want to have that same space.
It’s a great place to play, and it’s a place where the kids can hang out and hang out.”
The New York Crib Association, a group of crib owners, is currently negotiating with crib owners across the state to start a crib-restaurant industry in the state.
